    Dear Rolland,

    Same problem:

    Decoder-stuck on ‘INIT’. TV- ‘ORANGE’ logo

    Liveplugs (HD)- 3 lights on both correct

    All connections checked; card removed and cleaned. Have re-booted several times.

    Worked OK when first installed.
